  • Newspaper publication

  • A hard copy of the name change form

  • Make a digital signature CD 

  • A Demand draft for a major is Rs.1100 and for a minor is Rs.1700.

  • Two passport-size self-attested photographs

  • An application is signed by the applicant so that all the details on hard copy and soft copy are the same.

  • An application letter which represents all the documents attached in the envelope. 

Once you are done with all these steps and your application for a name change will be submitted. In a few days, you will get the notification that your process of name changing is completed and from now onwards your new name is your official name.
