The Validity of RERA Registration
The approved registration will be valid for a period, specified by the promoter for the completion of a real estate project. Also, it will be valid for the period specified to complete a particular project, as mentioned in the affidavit following the application form.
The approved registration by HRERA Panchkula will be valid all over the state, except in Gurugram. The registrations made under the authority of HRERA Gurugram are valid in the jurisdiction of Gurugram only, and nowhere else in Haryana.
