The due date of filing annual return e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL has been extended up to 30th November 2019 and, The due date for filing of annual return e-form MGT-7 has been extended up to 31st December 2019
 

After receiving the requests received from various stakeholders seeking an extension of time for filing of financial statements for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2019. On considering various factors, it has been decided to extend the due date for filing of e-forms AOC-4 up to 30th November 2019 and, e-form MGT-7 up to 31st December 2019 by Companies without levy of additional fees.
